The Enviolo system allows for seamless gear shifting with no jumps or locking even when stationary. Thanks to its continuously variable transmission (CVT) technology, it enhances the riding experience both in the city and on long-distance trips.

Technical Service for Enviolo Systems
As a specialized service centre, we carry out a full diagnostic of your e-bike’s Enviolo system. We evaluate its condition, calibrate the shifting mechanism, and update the firmware when required especially on Automatiq systems connected via Bluetooth.
How do we do it?
We inspect the Enviolo hub and its electronic or mechanical interface.
We identify faults or irregular behavior using official diagnostic tools.
We update the firmware on Automatiq systems, checking for new versions that improve performance or correct known issues.
We configure the shifting smoothness and sensitivity, adapting it to your riding style or personal preference.

Because it’s a highly technical system requiring specific knowledge of both mechanics and electronics.
Only an authorized service centre has the proper tools and parts to guarantee perfect operation.
What symptoms indicate that my Enviolo system needs servicing?
Imprecise shifting, a skipping sensation while pedaling, loss of smoothness, or connection failures in Automatiq models.
You may also notice new noises or resistance that weren’t present before.
Can I convert my manual Enviolo system to Automatiq?
In some cases, yes it depends on the hub model installed.
At our workshop, we’ll assess your system and let you know if the conversion is feasible.
How often should the gear system be serviced?
At least once a year. If you ride frequently, go on long-distance trips, or carry heavy loads, more regular servicing is recommended.
Can I adjust the Automatiq gear settings from my mobile phone?
Yes, the Enviolo app allows you to customize the automatic shifting behavior.
However, we recommend doing so after a professional technical check to avoid configuration errors or performance issues.
What if my Enviolo gear makes noise while pedaling?
A persistent noise may be due to incorrect chain tension, misalignment, or lack of internal lubrication. Visiting a workshop helps identify the exact cause and prevent premature wear of the components.
